Family Picnic

Hold an annual family picnic for your child care families. Invite parents, brothers and sisters and ask everyone to bring a dish to share. Get help with preparations from the children. Let them color special place mats, bake cookies for dessert, and pick flowers (or dandelions) for a centerpiece.
