Provide a clear parent- provider contract to be signed by you and the parents. Before accepting a child for care, sit down with the family and go over the contract line by line. Parents will have a chance to ask questions, and you will avoid uncomfortable misunderstandings. Be sure all necessary forms are on file before a child starts care.
